Terms of service.

Last updated: 2026-05-31. These terms govern use of the gocrateworks.com website. Project-specific commercial terms ship per quote and are not covered here.

Site use.

The Crateworks Supply Co website is provided for informational and commercial inquiry purposes. By accessing the site you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Crateworks may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Content + intellectual property.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, drawings, schema, and design elements, is owned by Crateworks Supply Co or its content partners. You may view and link to pages for reference purposes. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use of site content requires written permission.

Product names, brand names, and trademarks of third parties referenced on comparison pages are the property of their respective owners. References are made under nominative fair use for comparison purposes and do not imply endorsement.

Quotes + orders.

Quote requests submitted through this site do not constitute a binding offer or order. All quotes, orders, and sales are subject to separate written commercial terms confirmed in writing before production begins. Specifications, lead times, and pricing described on the site are illustrative; project-specific confirmation occurs through the quote process.

Certifications.

Where the site cites specific certifications (NFRC, NAFS, AAMA, CSA, UL, ETL, NSF, Energy Star, Miami-Dade NOA, or other), those certifications apply to specific product configurations confirmed in writing on the project quote. Cert claims are not made for product configurations that have not been tested and certified. Cert documentation ships with the product order on request.

Disclaimers.

Site content is provided as-is for general information. Specifications, codes, and product offerings change. Site content does not constitute architectural, engineering, or code-compliance advice. Verify all project-specific requirements with qualified professionals and the local authority having jurisdiction.

Updates.

Crateworks may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The Last updated date above indicates the most recent revision.

These terms are a working draft pending legal review. Final terms will be posted before public launch. For commercial terms covering a specific project, see the quote returned through the project inquiry process.
