Felt-backed slat panels absorb sound and cut reverberation, with NRC documentation supplied where the spec calls for it.
Profile library
Vertical slat, fluted, half-round, wave, reeded, and custom profiles to drawing. Finish-matched to the cabinetry and flooring palette.
Class A fire rating available
Class A fire-rated paneling available, supplied with ASTM E84 documentation for hospitality, retail, and multi-family installs that require a rated assembly.
Certification and install.
Residential wall paneling carries no federal certification requirement. For commercial install (hospitality, retail, multi-family corridor) that requires a rated assembly, the polyester acoustic panel is ASTM E84 Class A rated (SGS report SZN240500122TPL01, Flame Spread Index 20-25, Smoke Developed Index 30). Other panel constructions are supplied with the ASTM E84 test report for the specified build. United States — ASTM E84 (Class A/B/C) (Surface-burning rating for commercial interior finish. Class A available with ASTM E84 documentation per order.). Canada — CAN/ULC-S102 (Flame-spread rating and smoke developed, per the National Building Code. A separate test from ASTM E84.). Crateworks sources product with the matching test documentation where the project and jurisdiction require it; no certification is claimed on a product without the report on file.
Install runs through your local licensed trades on your schedule. Crateworks delivers product, coordinates the freight, and supports the substitution path if anything lands damaged.
